The capital of Peru is Lima. Peru can be divided into three different regions: The Andes region where all the mountains are; The Amazon region that covers all the eastern portion of Peru; The coast along the west touches the pacific ocean.<\/span><\/p>\n

The biggest tourist attraction in Peru is Macchu Picchu. It is located in the Andes region, in the Urubamba Province.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is the Flag of Peru<\/span><\/h1>\n

The Peruvian flag has two colours. Each colour on the flag has a meaning. The red colour represents the fight for independence and the white colour represents peace and bravery. The coat of arms in the middle includes Vicu\u00f1a (South american camelids), the quina (Cinchona) tree and a Cornucopia (horn, symbol of nourishment) \u00a0of gold.<\/span><\/p>\n
